Our approach
We are Two Hands Two Feet
We are a team of kind, supportive, understanding trauma-informed therapists who meet you where you are, offering compassionate and evidence-based care to support real healing and growth.
We understand that living with ADHD or ASD can come with fears of rejection, feelings of inadequacy, and challenges in daily life. We provide gentle, practical support to strengthen executive functioning, build emotional regulation, and foster confidence.
Our work is rooted in trauma-informed practices. Using EMDR, IFS, tapping, mindfulness, and grounding tools, we help ease the struggles that come from PTSD and complex PTSD. Our approach isn’t about asking what’s wrong with you—it’s about understanding what happened to you and creating safety, connection, and healing.

We support those living with anxiety and depression, helping you find calm, clarity, and hope. Together, we explore the roots of distress while developing tools for emotional balance, resilience, and self-compassion.

If trauma or neurodivergence has led to substance use, we offer understanding and support—whether you’re in recovery, struggling to maintain sobriety, or caring for a loved one facing addiction.

As members of the queer community—as humans, parents, and community members—we provide affirming care for those exploring or transitioning their identities and for parents of LGBTQIA+ children seeking a supportive, non-judgmental space.
We also work with those navigating body image and dysmorphia, focusing on body neutrality and a path toward self-love and acceptance.

Wherever you are on your journey, we’re here to walk beside you—with compassion, curiosity, and respect for every part of who you are.
